2. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information related to your project
- Respond in a timely manner to communication and feedback requests
- Supply any necessary content, brand materials, or assets
- Make payments as agreed upon in your service contract or invoice
Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines and delivery.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for mobile app development services are outlined in a separate agreement or invoice. Typically, we follow a milestone-based or phased payment structure.
Failure to make payments on time may result in project suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights to the final mobile application are transferred to the client upon full payment.

- Code, designs, and other assets created during development may not be reused or redistributed by the client without prior consent, unless explicitly agreed.
5. Revisions & Scope Changes
Revisions are included as per the agreed-upon project scope. Major scope changes or additional features requested after project commencement may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of the project. We will not disclose or reuse your data without your written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Referencement Plus is not liable for:
- Losses or damages arising from misuse of the application after delivery
- Technical issues caused by third-party services or platforms (e.g., App Store, Play Store, APIs)
- Delays due to unforeseen events or force majeure
In no case shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the service.
8. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated by either party with written notice. In the event of termination:
- The client is responsible for payment of all completed work and costs incurred
- Referencement Plus will deliver all completed assets paid for up to the termination date
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
10. Changes to Terms
Referencement Plus reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
